You will receive the refund when you have completed the process of processing the return and refund. It usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Does Tiendetea make replacements?
We replace the product with an identical one. You must return the damaged or defective product within 14 days and place another order.

In Tiendetea we propose that our customers are satisfied with the products they buy, either with the products of Tiendetea or with the products that external vendors offer for sale through us. In addition, we measure and evaluate the quality of our suppliers’ products. However, we are aware that, occasionally, our customers want to return a product.

Right of withdrawal

Customers resident in the European Union are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase of a product for 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that indicated (other than the carrier) receives the purchased product or since Receive the last item, in case of delivery of the same order in several shipments, or of the last component or piece in case of delivery of a good composed of multiple components or pieces. This right is applicable to all our products, with the exception of digital products (eg MP3), if you had consented to the execution at the time of delivery, nor can we accept withdrawals from purchases of videos, DVDs, audio, video games, and software products whose seals have been opened (for more exceptions, see the exceptions section in our «return policy».

To cancel a purchase during the 14-day reflection period, visit our online Returns Area and print a personalized return label for your product, indicating the reason for the return, such as “I no longer want / need it“. Package the product securely and send it to us using the personalized return label within 14 calendar days of the product delivery date.

We cannot accept returns if you deliver the product by hand.

For your safety, we recommend that you use a certified shipping service, in case the return amount exceeds € 50.

Please note that the return costs are borne by your account unless we sent the product by mistake, it is damaged or defective.

As soon as we receive the order cancellation notice, we will refund the purchase price of the product along with the usual shipping costs for that product, corresponding to the cheapest shipping option we offer. We cannot refund any additional cost of shipping costs for express, priority or courier services.
