Does Tiendetea make replacements?
We replace the product with an identical one, except stock availability. You must return the damaged or defective product within 14 days and place another order.

Do I have rights as a customer?
Customers resident in the European Union are guaranteed by law the right to withdraw from the product or purchase contract for 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that indicated (other than the carrier) receives the purchased product or since Receive the last item.

How do we calculate the amount to be returned?

The amount to be returned depends on the reason for the return

  • Refund of damaged, defective or incorrect products

If you need to return a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will bear the cost of the return. We will also refund you for the wrapping cost and other services, when applicable.

Tiendetea.com will check all damaged, incorrect or defective products that are returned. If we do not consider that the returned product has a defect, is damaged or is incorrect, Tiendetea.com reserves the right to invoice the product again, as well as any associated expenses.

  • Product refunds that do not meet your expectations

On some occasions it is possible that a product that you buy does not fully meet your expectations, without it being damaged, defective or incorrect. In this case you can:

a.- Return the product under the legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days

The law recognizes European Union customers the right to withdraw from their purchase for a period of 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party that indicated (other than the carrier) receives the purchased product or from the last product purchased in case you have chosen to receive several packages of the same order. For more information, see «Customer Legal Law ».

Therefore, when you want to return your order during this period, without Tiendetea having made any mistake on your part, we will refund the amount and shipping costs associated with the delivery of the order as follows;

  • If you return a product that was part of an order for several products, we will refund you for the usual shipping costs (that is, corresponding to the cheapest shipping method) proportional to that product.
  • If you return the order in full, we will refund you for the usual shipping costs (that is, corresponding to the cheapest shipping method) corresponding to the entire order.
  • For all products delivered outside Spain, we refund you for the expenses corresponding to a standard shipment.
  • If we pick up a product at your home, we reserve the right to bill you for the collection costs.

Unless the return has been caused by a Tiendetea error or the product has a defect, is damaged or incorrect, we will not refund you for the return costs, gift wrap expenses, or any other service related to your order.

b.- Return the product after 14 calendar days

If you want to return a product after 14 calendar days from the product delivery, we will not refund the amount of the product. We suggest that you review the product and its characteristics well and if you want to return the product do not exceed those 14 calendar days from its delivery.

Gift Refunds

If you return a gift that has come to you through Tiendetea, you will receive a Gift Certificate from Tiendetea for the value of the returned product. We can assure you that at no time will we inform the person who sent you the gift of such return.

You must understand that when you return a gift order we must apply the general conditions for returning orders, that is; If the return of your order has not been the result of an error by Tiendetea, we will not refund you for the return costs of the product, or any other service related to your order.

The refund will be made when we have received the product you return at our offices.
