Tiendetea.com offers its customers a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of receipt of the product. Therefore, we do not accept returns of products after this period of time.

What should you know about the shipping costs?
- If you return a product due to an error on the part of Tiendetea.com, we will bear the costs of the return as long as you have used a return label.
- If you want to return a product without any error from Tiendetea.com and you use a return label, we will deduct the expenses of the return from the total amount of the refund. For returns from Spain, the return shipping costs are € 2.99 (VAT included) if you take it to a post office. For home pickups (only available for returns from mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands), the costs are € 5.50 (VAT included). For international returns the expenses are € 8.50 (VAT included). These shipping costs apply to returns only if you use a return label.
